Kharis Courts is a subsidiary of Kharis Management Consult. We manage hostels and room accommodation with a clear focus on comfort, order, and accountability.

We support property owners by handling daily operations, tenant placement, rent tracking, arrears follow-up, inspections, and maintenance coordination. We support residents by keeping the environment clean, responding to issues on time, and enforcing simple house rules that protect everyone’s stay.

Our first managed property is Bomso Hostel in the Ashanti Region. As we grow, we will expand to manage more hostels and room-based properties with the same standards and structured reporting.
